From Peter at the Yahoo Geelyscooters group*, a comment about customer service at Valley
Scooters- I bought a Geely model-18 4 stroke that needed a new brake rotor. Valley Scooters tried
to get the part from their distributor, but they wouldn't replace the defective part. John replaced
the part out of his own pocket for me.
(Note: Valley Scooters no longer deals with this distributor. We stand behind every sale we make and expect our
distributors to do the same)
*The Yahoo Geelyscooters group is a discussion board where Geely owners can get advice, share information and
talk about their experiences with their scooters. If you would like to participate in this group you can click on the link

Another unsolicited comment from the Yahoo Geely scooters group- "Valley scooters is brand new.
The owner's name is John Dikov and he's a very nice and honorable guy. I've corresponded with him
many times. He loves scooters and is willing to go the extra mile to help out any way he can."
From AJ Bacon:
I bought the Geely Falcon 4 stroke. Great looking scooter. Outstanding customer service from John.
He maintained contact with me until I received the product and was available for potential questions.
I love my new X-1. Great sales person to deal with! He even called
about a week later seeing if I like my scooter!!

July 11th 2005,
The X8 is a gorgeous scooter and it fired right up.
Thank you so much for your help and assistance with this project, it was much appreciated!

I just want to let you know that I am thoroughly enjoying my Jalon X-8. I had absolutely no
trouble registering it in Texas. In Texas it is classified as a Moped, but it still has to pass the strict
annual State Safety Inspection requirements for motorcycles, and it passed with flying colors. I
was especially impressed with the build quality - much higher than I expected reading the
dribble on so many scooter boards that consider Chinese products as junk. It is NOT junk - it's
very good quality and admired by all that have seen it. After considerable debate, I decided to
follow the "hard break-in" philosophy, and the rings have seated very well. Top-end performance
is surprisingly good for a 50cc rather heavy four stroke. The ride is excellent. Reliability has been
great - no problems at all. I drive a Jag XK8, but I've got to tell you I enjoy cruising on
the Jalon more - and I always return from my daily fun-ride with a smile on my face.
Thank you so much for your great turn around on the resistor I ordered. I guess Stan Jessup carring your link on his
web sight is greatly justified. Also I appriciated the quick call back. Nice to deal with a business that backs what
it says about customer satisfaction. Talk to you soon.

comments = I recently purchased a 150cc Grandstrada from you and I was blown away by how beautiful it is. I'd like to
keep it looking great. Do you have any touch up paint or can you give me some information about how to get some?
The color is dark red & silver. The bike was fairly easy to assemble and it runs great. I'm dying to take it on the road.

I have never bought a scooter from John yet. I want everyone
to know that this man has always called me personally when ever I have had a
guestion or issue about parts.
When you call and he is not there he calls you back as soon as he gets the call.
Where else can you buy a scooter from a company and have the owner call you if
you have a problem. I am still waiting for a rim to replace a bent one on a
scooter that I bought from another company on the net.
So in closing hats off to Valley Scooters and John and his crew.
I received a ZNEN 150 Riviera mode from Valley Scooters. Lots to like about the entire experience :
1. John D. was on top of the transaction from start to finish and I was never in the dark.
2. Shipping was fast.
3. Liftgate service was good. I live at the end of a cul de sac and the driver backed a big trailer all the
4. Scoot arrived in great shape with handlebars and front wheel installed.
5. Motorino/ZNEN is truly head and shoulders above the rest of the Chinese scooter manufacturers. For
the price, I believe they are the best buy, bar none.
Notes on the Riviera Model:
1. Pictures on the web don't do it justice, this is a very stylish scooter. For example, the tail light and
headlight lens and trim are really cool.
2. Delighted with the switches and controls.
3. Love the 12" wheels.
4. Braking is excellent, front and rear discs. I've had other Chinese scoots and I selected this one because
it did NOT have a rear drum. It was a good choice.
5. Overall fit and finish is far better than other Chinese scoots I've had in the past.
I had to prime the vacuum fuel pump to get her to wake up. I detached the fuel hose out of the filter
(leads directly into the pump) and injected 1/2 or 2/3 of a cup of gas into the pump. Cranked right up
